3. Course Access & License
We grant a personal, non-transferable license to access purchased courses. You may not redistribute content or share login credentials.
4. Payments & Refunds
- Prices are listed in USD. Taxes may apply.
- Refunds, where offered, follow the course-specific policy displayed at checkout.
- Chargebacks for valid purchases may result in account suspension.
5. Acceptable Use
- No unlawful, misleading, or harmful behavior.
- No scraping, reverse engineering, or unauthorized automation.
- No harassment or spam in any community features.
6. Intellectual Property
All course materials, templates, and trademarks belong to PulseBloom or its licensors. You may use templates for your work but not resell them as templates.
7. Disclaimers
We provide educational content “as is.” We do not guarantee specific business, medical, or financial outcomes. Marketing performance depends on many factors outside our control.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PulseBloom shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amounts you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
